디엔에이신원확인정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(디엔에이신원확인정보데이터베이스관리위원회의의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제14조에 따른 디엔에이신원확인정보데이터베이스관리위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 2명을 두며, 간사는 디엔에이신원확인정보의 이용 및 보호에 관련한 업무에 종사하거나 관련 지식이 풍부한 공소청 및 경찰청 소속 공무원 중에서 검찰총장 및 경찰청장이 각 1명씩을 임명한다. <개정 2026.9.29>

(5) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 two투 secretaries세크^r러테^r리즈 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Prosecutor프^r라시큐터 General제너^r럴 and앤드 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Police펄리스 Agency에이전시 shall섈 each이치 appoint어포인트 one원 of어^v브 them^ð뎀 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 PublicPublic퍼블릭퍼블릭 Prosecution프^r라서큐션 Office오^f피스 and앤드 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Police펄리스 Agency에이전시 who후 are아 engaged엔게이지드 in인 work워크 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 use유스 and앤드 protection프^r러텍션 of어^v브 DNA디에네이 identification아이덴터^f퍼케이션 information인^f퍼메이션 or오 who후 have해^v브 abundant어번던트 related^r릴레이티드 knowledge.날러지

⑥ 위원회에서 심의할 안건을 검토하고 위원회의 운영을 지원하기 위하여 위원회에 실무위원회를 둔다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 및 실무위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
