Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Use and Protection of DNA Identification Information, Article 12 (Delegation and Entrustment of Work)

① 검찰총장은 법 제10조제1항에 따라 같은 항 각 호의 업무를 공소청 법과학기획관에게 위임한다. <개정 2026.9.29>
