도시교통정비 촉진법 제6조의2(도시ㆍ군기본계획 등과의 관계)

시장이나 군수는 도시ㆍ군기본계획이나 도로건설ㆍ관리계획의 수립권자로부터 그 계획의 수립 또는 변경을 위한 협의를 요청받은 때에는 지체 없이 지방교통위원회(위원회가 해당 기관에 설치되어 있는 경우에만 해당한다)의 심의를 거친 후 그 의견을 도시ㆍ군기본계획이나 도로건설ㆍ관리계획의 수립권자 및 승인권자에게 통보하는 등 기본계획과 도시ㆍ군기본계획 또는 도로건설ㆍ관리계획 간의 연계성이 확보될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.5.22, 2014.1.14>
