도시교통정비 촉진법 제55조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 국토교통부장관은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법」 제9조의2에 따른 대도시권광역교통위원장 또는 도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.12.18>

② 국토교통부장관은 이 법에 따른 교통영향평가 업무 중 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 협회에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2021.3.23>

③ 국토교통부장관은 제51조제1항에 따른 조사ㆍ연구에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 협회 또는 「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 한국교통연구원ㆍ국토연구원에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
