도시교통정비 촉진법 제10조(연차별 시행계획)

① 시장이나 군수는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 중기계획의 단계적 시행에 필요한 연차별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여 국토교통부장관이나 도지사에게 제출하고 지체 없이 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.5.22>

② 시행계획 중 도시ㆍ군계획시설에 관한 것은 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제85조에 따른 단계별 집행계획에 따라야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.5.22>

③ 시장이나 군수는 시행계획을 수립하는 때에는 제16조에 따른 교통영향평가서(제20조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 사업계획등에 반영된 것을 포함한다)를 충분히 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24>
