도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률 제33조(도시자연공원구역의 출입 제한 등)

① 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수는 도시자연공원구역의 보호, 훼손된 도시자연의 회복, 도시자연공원구역을 이용하는 사람의 안전과 그 밖에 공익을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 도시자연공원구역 중 일정한 지역을 지정하여 일정한 기간 그 지역에 사람의 출입 또는 차량의 통행을 제한하거나 금지할 수 있다. <개정 2020.6.9>

② 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수는 제1항에 따른 제한 또는 금지를 하려는 경우에는 안내표지 설치 등의 방법으로 이를 공고하여야 한다.
