도시가스사업법 제8조의3(나프타부생가스ㆍ바이오가스제조사업자 등의 처분제한)

City Gas Business Act, Article 8-3 (Restrictions on Disposal by Naphtha By-Product Gas and Biogas Production Business Operators, etc.)

① 나프타부생가스ㆍ바이오가스제조사업자는 스스로 제조한 도시가스를 다음 각 호에 규정된 자 외의 자에게 공급할 수 없다. <개정 2025.10.1>

4. 일반도시가스사업자의 공급권역에서 도시가스를 사용하려는 자 중 정당한 사유로 일반도시가스사업자로부터 도시가스를 공급받지 못하는 자

5. ② 합성천연가스제조사업자는 스스로 제조한 도시가스를 제2조제4호의4에 따른 공급 이외의 방법으로 제3자에게 처분할 수 없다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 합성천연가스제조사업자는 합성천연가스의 수급안정과 효율적인 처리나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사유에 해당하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 처분 절차 및 방법에 따라 합성천연가스를 제3자에게 처분할 수 있다.
