도시가스사업법 제8조의2(합성천연가스제조사업자의 자가소비 대상물량)

합성천연가스제조사업자 또는 해당 합성천연가스제조사업자의 주식 또는 지분의 과반수를 소유한 자가 합성천연가스를 자기가 소비하려는 경우 그 대상물량에 관하여는 제10조의9를 준용한다. 이 경우 "자가소비용직수입자"는 "합성천연가스제조사업자 또는 해당 합성천연가스제조사업자의 주식 또는 지분의 과반수를 소유한 자"로, "천연가스"는 "합성천연가스"로, "수입"은 "자가소비"로 본다.
