도시가스사업법 제25조(도시가스의 품질 유지)

① 산업통상부장관은 도시가스의 적정한 품질을 확보하기 위하여 연소성(燃燒性)ㆍ열량ㆍ유해성분 및 냄새가 나는 물질 농도 등의 도시가스 품질기준을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따라 도시가스의 품질기준을 정하면 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 도시가스사업자와 자가소비용직수입자는 공급ㆍ소비하거나 공급ㆍ소비할 목적으로 저장ㆍ운송 또는 보관하는 도시가스를 제1항에 따른 도시가스 품질기준에 맞도록 도시가스 품질을 유지하여야 한다.
