도시가스사업법 제18조(가스의 공급계획)

① 일반도시가스사업자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 연도 이후 5년간의 가스공급계획을 작성하여 매년 11월 말일까지 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 가스도매사업자와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 가스도매사업자 및 합성천연가스제조사업자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 연도 이후 5년간의 가스공급계획을 작성하여 매년 12월 말일까지 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 합성천연가스제조사업자는 가스도매사업자와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.1.21, 2025.10.1>

③ 나프타부생가스ㆍ바이오가스제조사업자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 연도 이후 5년간의 가스공급계획을 작성하여 매년 11월 말일까지 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 나프타부생가스ㆍ바이오가스제조사업자는 가스도매사업자 또는 일반도시가스사업자와 협의하여야 한다. <신설 2014.1.21, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 산업통상부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따른 가스공급계획이 사회적ㆍ경제적 사정의 변동으로 적절하지 못하게 되어 공공의 이익 증진에 지장을 가져올 염려가 있다고 인정되면 도시가스사업자에게 적절한 기간을 정하여 그 가스공급계획을 변경하도록 명할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.1.21, 2025.10.1>
