도시가스사업법 제17조의5(상세기준)

① 「고압가스 안전관리법」 제33조의2에 따른 가스기술기준위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기준의 범위에서 그 기준을 충족하는 상세한 규격, 특정한 수치 및 특정한 시험방법 등을 세부적으로 규정한 기준(이하 "상세기준"이라 한다)을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2009.3.25, 2010.1.27, 2013.8.13>

(1) The^ð더 Gas개스 Technology텍날러지 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 33-2 of어^v브 the^ð더 High-Pressure하이-프^r레셔 Gas개스 Safety세이^f프티 Control컨트^r로울 Act액트 may메이 establish이스태블리시 standards스탠더즈 that^ð댓 specify스페서^f파이 in인 detail디테일 the^ð더 specifications,스페서^f퍼케이션즈 specific스퍼시^f픽 figures,^f피겨즈 and앤드 specific스퍼시^f픽 test테스트 methods메^θ써즈 that^ð댓 satisfy새터스^f파이 standards,스탠더즈 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 scope스코우프 of어^v브 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 standards스탠더즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "detailed디테일드 standards"):스탠더즈

② 상세기준은 제1항에 따른 가스기술기준위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(2) Detailed디테일드 standards스탠더즈 shall섈 be비 approved어프^r루^v브드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade,트^r레이드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 after애^f프터 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 and앤드 resolution^r레절루션 by바이 the^ð더 Gas개스 Technology텍날러지 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 제1항에 따른 가스기술기준위원회는 제2항에 따라 승인을 받은 경우 그 상세기준의 내용을 지체 없이 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 일반인에게 알려야 하고, 산업통상부장관은 그 승인사실을 관보에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(3) When웬 approval어프^r루^v블 has해즈 been빈 obtained어브테인드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Gas개스 Technology텍날러지 Standards스탠더즈 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 of어^v브 the^ð더 content칸텐트 of어^v브 the^ð더 detailed디테일드 standards스탠더즈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 by바이 using유징 its잇츠 website,웨브사잇 etc.,엣세터^r러 and앤드 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 shall섈 publicly퍼블리클리 announce어나운스 the^ð더 fact^f팩트 of어^v브 approval어프^r루^v블 in인 the^ð디 Official어^f피실 Gazette.거젯

④ 상세기준에 적합하면 제1항 각 호의 기준 중 그 상세기준이 해당하는 기준에 적합한 것으로 본다.

(4) Conformity컨^f포머티 with위^ð드 the^ð더 detailed디테일드 standards스탠더즈 is이즈 deemed딤드 conformity컨^f포머티 with위^ð드 the^ð더 standards스탠더즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) to투 which위치 the^ð더 detailed디테일드 standards스탠더즈 correspond.코^r러스판드

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 상세기준의 제정ㆍ개정 절차 등은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <신설 2013.8.13, 2025.10.1>
