도로법 시행령 제8조(위원장의 직무 등)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따른 도로정책심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하고, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 assists어시스츠 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and,앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 acts액츠 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원회의 위원장과 부위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 정한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
