Enforcement Decree of the Road Act, Article 70 (Grounds for Refund of Occupancy Fees)
법 제66조제2항제3호에서 "도로점용허가 기간이 종료하기 전에 도로점용을 종료한 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
The term "cases prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as where road occupancy ends before the road occupancy permit period ends" in Article 66 (2) 3 of the Act means any of the following cases:
1. 도로점용허가 기간이 종료하기 전에 천재지변이나 이에 준하는 재해, 그 밖의 특별한 사정으로 인하여 도로점용허가의 목적이 상실되어 도로점용을 종료한 경우
1. Where road occupancy has ended because the purpose of the road occupancy permit was lost owing to a natural disaster or equivalent disaster or other special circumstances before the road occupancy permit period ended;
2. 법 제61조제1항 후단에 따라 도로점용 변경허가를 받아 점용기간을 단축하게 된 경우
2. Where the occupancy period has been shortened by obtaining a change permit for road occupancy under the latter part of Article 61 (1) of the Act;
3. 법 제97조에 따라 도로점용허가를 취소한 경우
3. Where the road occupancy permit has been revoked under Article 97 of the Act.
