Enforcement Decree of the Act on Dam Construction, Management, and Support for Surrounding Areas, etc., Article 9 (Conducting Dam Evaluations)

① 법 제9조의2제1항에 따른 댐의 평가사항은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2022.6.14>

② 기후에너지환경부장관이 유입량 변화, 이수(利水)ㆍ치수(治水) 환경변화 등을 고려하여 「수자원의 조사ㆍ계획 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제18조제1항에 따른 하천유역수자원관리계획(이하 "하천유역수자원관리계획"이라 한다)을 수립하려는 경우에는 댐관리청으로 하여금 법 제9조의2제1항에 따른 댐의 평가를 시행하게 해야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 댐의 평가를 시행하지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2018.6.8, 2022.6.14, 2025.10.1>
