댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제46조(댐수탁관리자가 할 수 있는 처분 등)

① 법 제45조제1항 단서에 따라 댐의 관리가 위탁된 경우 그 수탁관리자가 할 수 있는 처분 등은 법 제45조제1항 각 호의 처분 등(제48조제2항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임된 것은 제외한다)과 이에 관련된 법 제47조에 따른 청문으로 한다.

② 댐수탁관리자는 제1항의 처분 등을 하려는 경우에는 법 제45조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 관계 행정기관의 장과 미리 협의해야 한다. <개정 2020.11.10>
