10. 연로회원 본인과 그 배우자의 「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 금융자산 가액 및 「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」에 따라 공시된 부동산 가격의 합계액에서 부채(금융기관 융자금, 공공기관 대출금, 임대보증금, 법령에 근거한 공제회 대출금 및 법원에 의하여 확인된 사채를 말한다) 가액을 제외한 순자산액이 정관으로 정하는 기준액 이상인 자. 다만, 정관으로 기준액을 정하는 경우 제9호에 해당하는 자와의 형평성 등을 고려하여야 한다.
