대학교원 기간임용제 탈락자 구제를 위한 특별법 제4조(특별 재임용 재심사 등)

재임용 탈락 교원이 교원소청심사위원회의 재심 결정, 법원의 소송 등을 통하여 이미 재임용 탈락 결정의 적정성 여부를 다투었다 할지라도 이 법에 의한 재임용 재심사를 청구할 수 있다.
