Special Act on Relief for University Faculty Not Reappointed under the Fixed-Term Appointment System, Article 3 (Establishment, etc. of the Special Committee for Teacher Appeal Review)

①재임용 탈락 교원에 대한 재임용 재심사 및 소송업무를 수행하기 위하여 「교원지위 향상을 위한 특별법」에 의하여 설치된 교원소청심사위원회에 교원소청심사특별위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

②위원회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2007.5.11>

2. 재임용 재심사 결과에 불복한 당사자가 제기한 소송업무

③위원회는 위원장 1인을 포함한 5인 이상 9인 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 위원장은 교원소청심사위원회위원장이 겸임하고, 위원 중 2인은 상임위원으로 한다.

⑤위원회는 재임용 재심사 업무가 종료하는 때까지를 그 존속기간으로, 위원은 당해 기간을 임기로 한다.

⑥위원회는 그 업무 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 국가기관 또는 지방자치단체에 대하여 공무원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

⑦위원회는 그 업무 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 관계 기관 등에 필요한 자료 등의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
