대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률 제10조(생산현황의 통보)

①대통령기록물생산기관의 장은 대통령기록물의 원활한 수집 및 이관을 위하여 매년 대통령기록물의 생산현황을 관할 기록관의 장에게 통보하고, 관할 기록관의 장은 대통령기록관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 대통령의 임기가 종료되는 해와 그 전년도의 생산현황(이관 대상 대통령기록물의 목록으로 대체할 수 있다)은 대통령의 임기가 종료되기 전까지 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.8>

② 대통령기록관의 장은 대통령기록물생산기관의 대통령기록물 생산현황 및 관리상태를 확인ㆍ점검할 수 있으며, 제1항에 따라 대통령기록물생산기관 관할 기록관의 장이 통보한 대통령기록물 생산현황을 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다. <신설 2020.12.8>
