대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(대통령기록관리전문위원회의 운영)

①「대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조에 따른 대통령기록관리전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 전문위원회의 업무를 총괄하고 회의의 의장이 된다. <개정 2010.2.4>

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chairperson")체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Records^r러코즈 Management매너지먼트 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 5 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 of어^v브 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Records^r러코즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Act")액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Expert엑스펏 Committee")커미티 shall섈 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 its잇츠 meetings.미팅즈

②전문위원회의 회의는 분기별로 개최한다. 다만, 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있을 때에는 회의를 소집할 수 있다. <개정 2010.2.4>

③전문위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2010.2.4>

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④위원장은 법 제5조제2항 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 법 제2조제1호나목 및 다목의 기관(이하 "대통령기록물생산기관"이라 한다), 법 제9조제1항에 따른 대통령기록물생산기관의 기록관(이하 "관할 기록관"이라 한다) 및 대통령기록관의 장에게 관련 대통령기록물 관리에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청하거나 관계 공무원, 이해관계인, 그 밖의 참고인 등을 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다. <개정 2016.7.19>

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 matters매터즈 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 5 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 agencies에이전시즈 under언더 Article아터클 2, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1 (b)비 and앤드 (c)시 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "agencies에이전시즈 producing프^r러두싱 presidential프^r레저덴실 records"),^r러코즈 the^ð더 records^r러코즈 centers센터즈 of어^v브 agencies에이전시즈 producing프^r러두싱 presidential프^r레저덴실 records^r러코즈 under언더 Article아터클 9 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "competent캄퍼틴트 records^r러코즈 center"),센터 and앤드 the^ð더 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Archives아카이^v브즈 to투 submit서브밋 data데이타 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 managing매너징 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 presidential프^r레저덴실 records,^r러코즈 or오 may메이 have해^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 public퍼블릭 officials,어^f피실즈 interested인트^r러스티드 parties,파티즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 reference^r레^f퍼^r런스 persons퍼슨즈 attend어텐드 and앤드 hear히어 their^ð데어 opinions.어피니언즈

⑤전문위원회의 위원에게 예산의 범위에서 수당ㆍ여비, 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관업무와 직접 관련하여 전문위원회에 참석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2010.2.4>

⑥제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 전문위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2010.2.4>

⑦대통령기록관의 장은 전문위원회를 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 지원하여야 한다. <개정 2010.2.4>
