대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제9조의4(광역교통 개선대책에 따른 도로사업)

1. 둘 이상의 지방자치단체에 걸치는 도로(「도로법」 제2조제1호에 따른 도로 또는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제2조제6호가목에 따른 기반시설인 도로를 말하며, 이하 이 조 및 제9조의5부터 제9조의9까지에서 같다)의 신설, 확장 또는 변경
