① 법 제7조의17제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 사업을 말한다. <개정 2025.10.21>

④ 국토교통부장관은 법 제7조의17제4항에 따라 환승편의성 검토에 관한 협의를 요청받은 경우로서 기술적ㆍ전문적 검토가 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 광역교통위원회에 심의를 요청하기 전에 관계 전문기관에 기술 검토를 의뢰할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.21>

⑤ 광역교통위원회는 법 제7조의17제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 환승편의성 검토에 관한 심의 요청을 받은 경우에는 특별한 사유가 없으면 심의를 요청받은 날부터 40일 이내에 이를 심의하고 국토교통부장관에게 그 결과를 통보해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.21>
