대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제10조의2(광역교통위원회의 심의ㆍ조정 절차 등)

① 광역교통 사항에 관하여 이견이 있는 관계 중앙행정기관 또는 지방자치단체의 장(이하 이 조에서 "당사자"라 한다)은 법 제8조제2항제8호 각 목의 사항에 관한 심의ㆍ조정을 광역교통위원회에 요청하려는 경우에는 서면으로 해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.21>

② 광역교통위원회는 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 경우에는 그 사실을 해당 사항에 관하여 의견을 달리하는 다른 당사자에게 지체 없이 통보해야 한다.

③ 광역교통위원회는 법 제8조제2항제8호가목 및 나목의 사항에 대해서는 직권으로 심의ㆍ조정할 수 있다. 이 경우 심의ㆍ조정 절차를 개시하기 전에 당사자에게 서면으로 그 취지를 알리고, 30일 이내의 범위에서 기간을 정하여 협의를 통해 이견을 해소하도록 권고해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.21>

④ 광역교통위원회는 심의ㆍ조정 과정에서 당사자에게 의견 진술의 기회를 주어야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Wide-Area와이드-에^r리아 Transportation트^r랜스퍼테이션 Commission커미션 shall섈 give기^v브 the^ð더 parties파티즈 an앤 opportunity아퍼투너티 to투 state스테잇 opinions어피니언즈 in인 the^ð더 course코스 of어^v브 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 and앤드 mediation.미디에이션

⑤ 법 제8조제3항에 따라 심의ㆍ조정ㆍ의결 결과를 통보받은 당사자는 통보를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 그 이행계획을 수립하여 광역교통위원회에 제출해야 한다.
