대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제11조(광역교통위원회의 구성)

① 법 제9조제1항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 행정안전부ㆍ국토교통부ㆍ기획예산처 및 행정중심복합도시건설청 소속의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원(직무등급이 가등급에 해당하는 공무원을 말하며, 이에 상당하는 특정직ㆍ별정직 공무원을 포함한다) 중 소속 기관의 장이 지명하는 사람을 말한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
