대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률 제11조(중소기업에 대한 대기업의 자본 참여 등)

① 정부는 중소기업의 경영 자율성을 저해하지 아니하는 범위에서 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력을 촉진하기 위하여 필요한 경우 대기업이 중소기업에 자본 참여를 할 수 있는 방안을 수립하여 시행할 수 있다.

② 정부는 수탁기업의 기술개발, 설비투자 등 경영지원을 위하여 「자산유동화에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 유동화증권의 발행 등을 지원할 수 있다.
