다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제20조의2(화재안전조사 결과 공개)

① 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 다중이용업소를 「화재의 예방 및 안전관리에 관한 법률」 제7조에 따라 화재안전조사를 실시한 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 인터넷 등에 공개할 수 있다. <개정 2021.11.30>

② 제1항에 따라 화재안전조사 결과를 공개하는 경우 그 내용ㆍ기간 및 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2023.1.3>
