다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제20조(법령위반업소의 공개)

① 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 다중이용업주가 제9조제2항 및 제15조제2항에 따른 조치 명령을 2회 이상 받고도 이행하지 아니하였을 때에는 그 조치 내용(그 위반사항에 대하여 수사기관에 고발된 경우에는 그 고발된 사실을 포함한다)을 인터넷 등에 공개할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따라 위반업소를 공개하는 경우 그 내용ㆍ기간 및 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
