다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제21조(안전관리우수업소표지 등)

① 소방본부장이나 소방서장은 다중이용업소의 안전관리업무 이행 실태가 우수하여 대통령령으로 정하는 요건을 갖추었다고 인정할 때에는 그 사실을 해당 다중이용업주에게 통보하고 이를 공표할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 통보받은 다중이용업주는 그 사실을 나타내는 표지(이하 "안전관리우수업소표지"라 한다)를 영업소의 명칭과 함께 영업소의 출입구에 부착할 수 있다.

③ 소방본부장이나 소방서장은 제1항에 해당하는 다중이용업소에 대하여는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 기간 동안 제8조에 따른 소방안전교육 및 「화재의 예방 및 안전관리에 관한 법률」 제7조에 따른 화재안전조사를 면제할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2018.10.16, 2021.11.30>
