다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제13조(다중이용업주의 안전시설등에 대한 정기점검 등)

① 다중이용업주는 다중이용업소의 안전관리를 위하여 정기적으로 안전시설등을 점검하고 그 점검결과서를 작성하여 1년간 보관하여야 한다. 이 경우 다중이용업소에 설치된 안전시설등이 건축물의 다른 시설ㆍ장비와 연계되어 작동되는 경우에는 해당 건축물의 관계인(「소방기본법」 제2조제3호에 따른 관계인을 말한다. 이하 같다) 및 소방안전관리자는 다중이용업주의 안전점검에 협조하여야 한다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2021.1.5, 2023.1.3>
