농지법 시행규칙 제48조(결손처분 및 결손처분취소 통지)
관할청이 법 제38조제12항에 따라 결손처분을 하거나 결손처분을 취소한 때에는 별지 제51호서식의 농지보전부담금 결손처분통지서 또는 농지보전부담금 결손처분취소통지서를 한국농어촌공사에 보내야 한다. <개정 2009.6.29, 2009.11.27, 2016.1.21>
