농업인등의 농외소득 활동 지원에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

1. "농업인등"이란 다음 각 목에 해당하는 자를 말한다.

3. "농외소득 활동"이란 농외소득을 창출하기 위하여 농업인등이 생산하는 자원과 용역을 활용한 제품 생산, 유통 및 홍보 등의 행위로서 대통령령으로 정하는 일정 규모 이하를 말한다.
