농어촌구조개선 특별회계법 제10조(예비비)
특별회계는 예측할 수 없는 예산 외의 지출 또는 예산초과지출에 충당하기 위하여 예비비로서 상당한 금액을 세출예산에 계상(計上)할 수 있다.
