농어업경영체 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조의4(공동농업경영체 지정을 위한 교육)

① 법 제27조의3제2항제4호에 따른 공동농업경영체 운영에 필요한 교육(이하 이 조에서 "공동농업경영체 교육"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 교육을 말한다.

② 공동농업경영체 교육은 공동농업경영체로 지정받으려는 법인의 대표 또는 단체의 장이 받아야 한다. 다만, 공동농업경영체 교육을 받아야 하는 법인의 대표 또는 단체의 장이 농업인이 아닌 경우에는 공동농업경영체를 관리하는 다른 농업인이 대신 교육을 받을 수 있다.

③ 공동농업경영체 교육은 8시간 이상으로 한다.
