Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fostering and Supporting Agricultural and Fishery Business Entities, Article 13-4 (Registration of Dissolution of Association Corporations)

① 법 제16조의3제2항에 따른 해산등기는 청산인이 신청해야 한다.
