농어가목돈마련저축에 관한 법률 제6조(저축장려금)

정부는 농어민이 제4조에 따른 저축 계약에 따라 일정 기간 저축을 하였을 때에는 저축기관이 저축금액에 대하여 지급하는 이자 등 외에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 저축 장려금(이하 "저축장려금"이라 한다)을 지급한다. 이 경우 정부는 저축 계약 기간이 만료될 때까지 저축장려금의 지급률 또는 지급 방법을 저축 계약 체결 시 정한 것보다 불리하게 변경하지 못한다.
