Agrochemicals Control Act, Article 23-4 (Establishment, etc. of Agrochemical Damage Dispute Mediation Committee)

① 농림축산식품부장관은 농약으로 인한 피해와 관련된 분쟁에 대하여 조정(調停) 신청이 있을 경우 농약피해분쟁조정위원회(이하 "조정위원회"라 한다)를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2023.10.24>

② 조정위원회는 다음 각 호의 경우(이하 "농약피해"라 한다)와 관련된 분쟁을 조정한다. <개정 2023.10.24>

④ 농림축산식품부장관은 조정위원회의 구성 목적을 달성하였다고 인정하는 경우에는 조정위원회를 해산할 수 있다. <신설 2023.10.24>
