Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act, Article 87 (Revocation of Inspection Determination)

농림축산식품부장관은 제79조에 따른 검사나 제85조에 따른 재검사를 받은 농산물이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 검사판정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하면 검사판정을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
