농수산물 품질관리법 제88조(수산물 등에 대한 검사)

Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act, Article 88 (Inspection of Fishery Products, etc.)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 수산물 및 수산가공품은 품질 및 규격이 맞는지와 유해물질이 섞여 들어오는지 등에 관하여 해양수산부장관의 검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(1) Fishery^f피셔^r리 products프^r라덕츠 and앤드 processed프^r라세스트 fishery^f피셔^r리 products프^r라덕츠 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 shall섈 undergo언더고우 inspection인스펙션 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 on안 whether웨^ð더 their^ð데어 quality콸러티 and앤드 specifications스페서^f퍼케이션즈 conform컨^f폼 and앤드 whether웨^ð더 harmful함^f플 substances서브스턴시즈 are아 mixed믹스트 in:인

1. 정부에서 수매ㆍ비축하는 수산물 및 수산가공품

1. Fishery^f피셔^r리 products프^r라덕츠 and앤드 processed프^r라세스트 fishery^f피셔^r리 products프^r라덕츠 purchased퍼치스트 or오 stockpiled스탁파일드 by바이 the^ð더 Government;거^v버먼트 and앤드

2. 외국과의 협약이나 수출 상대국의 요청에 따라 검사가 필요한 경우로서 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시하는 수산물 및 수산가공품

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항 외의 수산물 및 수산가공품에 대한 검사 신청이 있는 경우 검사를 하여야 한다. 다만, 검사기준이 없는 경우 등 해양수산부령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항이나 제2항에 따라 검사를 받은 수산물 또는 수산가공품의 포장ㆍ용기나 내용물을 바꾸려면 다시 해양수산부장관의 검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 해양수산부장관은 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 검사의 일부를 생략할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18>
