농수산물 품질관리법 제37조(손해배상청구권 등)

① 지리적표시권자는 고의 또는 과실로 자신의 지리적표시에 관한 권리를 침해한 자에게 손해배상을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 지리적표시권자의 지리적표시권을 침해한 자에 대하여는 그 침해행위에 대하여 그 지리적표시가 이미 등록된 사실을 알았던 것으로 추정한다.
