농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제79조(보고)

① 농림축산식품부장관, 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 도매시장ㆍ공판장 및 민영도매시장의 개설자로 하여금 그 재산 및 업무집행 상황을 보고하게 할 수 있으며, 농수산물의 가격 및 수급 안정을 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 도매시장법인ㆍ시장도매인 또는 도매시장공판장의 개설자(이하 "도매시장법인등"이라 한다)로 하여금 그 재산 및 업무집행 상황을 보고하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2013.3.23, 2018.12.31>

② 도매시장ㆍ공판장 및 민영도매시장의 개설자는 도매시장법인등으로 하여금 기장사항(記帳事項), 거래명세 등을 보고하게 할 수 있으며, 농수산물의 가격 및 수급 안정을 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 중도매인 또는 산지유통인으로 하여금 업무집행 상황을 보고하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.31>
