농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제54조(기금의 설치)

정부는 농산물(축산물 및 임산물을 포함한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다)의 원활한 수급과 가격안정을 도모하고 유통구조의 개선을 촉진하기 위한 재원을 확보하기 위하여 농산물가격안정기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다.
