농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제39조(매매 농수산물의 인수 등)

① 도매시장법인 또는 시장도매인으로부터 농수산물을 매수한 자는 매매가 성립한 즉시 그 농수산물을 인수하여야 한다.

② 도매시장법인 또는 시장도매인은 제1항에 따른 매수인이 정당한 사유 없이 매수한 농수산물의 인수를 거부하거나 게을리하였을 때에는 그 매수인의 부담으로 해당 농수산물을 일정 기간 보관하거나, 그 이행을 최고(催告)하지 아니하고 그 매매를 해제하여 다시 매매할 수 있다.

③ 제2항의 경우 차손금(差損金)이 생겼을 때에는 당초의 매수인이 부담한다.
