농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제40조(하역업무)

① 도매시장 개설자는 도매시장에서 하는 하역업무의 효율화를 위하여 하역체제의 개선 및 하역의 기계화 촉진에 노력하여야 하며, 하역비의 절감으로 출하자의 이익을 보호하기 위하여 필요한 시책을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

② 도매시장 개설자가 업무규정으로 정하는 규격출하품에 대한 표준하역비(도매시장 안에서 규격출하품을 판매하기 위하여 필수적으로 드는 하역비를 말한다)는 도매시장법인 또는 시장도매인이 부담한다.
