농림수산업자 신용보증법 제14조(감독)

① 금융위원회는 이 법에 따른 업무에 관하여 관리기관을 감독하며 감독상 필요한 명령을 할 수 있다.

② 금융위원회는 감독상 필요하다고 인정하면 관리기관, 관리기관으로부터 업무를 위탁받은 금융기관(이하 이 항에서 "수탁자"라 한다) 또는 기금에 출연하는 금융기관에 대하여 보고서의 제출을 요구하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 업무상황 또는 장부ㆍ서류, 그 밖에 필요한 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 수탁자에 대하여는 그 위탁받은 범위의 업무만을 대상으로 하고, 기금에 출연하는 금융기관에 대하여는 그 출연사항만을 대상으로 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
