농림수산업자 신용보증법 제13조의5(배상책임)

① 관리기관의 임원이 법령을 위반한 행위를 하거나 그 임무를 게을리하여 기금에 손해를 발생시킨 경우에는 그 임원은 기금에 대하여 연대하여 손해를 배상할 책임을 진다.

② 관리기관의 신용보증업무에 종사하는 사람이 그 업무처리를 하면서 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 기금에 손해를 발생시킨 경우에는 그 손해를 배상할 책임을 진다. 이 경우 고의로 손해를 발생하게 한 경우를 제외하고는 그 책임을 경감할 수 있다.
