Credit Guarantee Act for Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Workers, Article 13 (Exercise of Right of Reimbursement)

① 관리기관이 보증채무를 이행한 경우에는 해당 채권자는 지체 없이 관리기관의 구상권(求償權) 행사에 필요한 모든 서류를 관리기관에 보내고, 관리기관의 구상권 행사에 적극 협조하여야 한다.

② 관리기관은 관리기관이 대위변제(代位辨濟)한 농림수산업자등이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 농림수산업자등에 대한 구상권의 행사를 미룰 수 있다.
