Green Buildings Construction Support Act, Article 31 (Building Energy Assessor Qualification Examination, etc.)

① 건축물에너지평가사가 되려는 사람은 국토교통부장관이 실시하는 자격시험에 합격하여야 한다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 자격시험에 합격한 사람에게 자격증을 발급하여야 한다.

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 건축물에너지평가사가 될 수 없다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2026.3.17>

1. 피성년후견인 또는 미성년자

③ 건축물에너지평가사 자격시험에 합격한 사람이 제17조의 제로에너지건축물 인증평가 업무를 하려면 국토교통부장관이 실시하는 교육훈련을 이수하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.20>

④ 건축물에너지평가사가 아닌 자는 건축물에너지평가사 또는 이와 비슷한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

(4) A어 person퍼슨 who후 is이즈 not낫 a어 building빌딩 energy에너지 assessor어세서 may메이 not낫 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 building빌딩 energy에너지 assessor어세서 or오 a어 similar시멀러 name.네임

⑤ 건축물에너지평가사 자격시험의 등급구분, 응시자격, 검정방법, 시험과목의 일부면제, 자격 관리, 시험절차, 검정 수수료, 경력관리 및 교육훈련의 방법, 자격시험 시행기관의 지정기준 등 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.

⑥ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 건축물에너지평가사 자격시험 및 관련 업무의 수행을 위하여 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전문기관을 지정하고 다음 각 호의 업무를 위탁할 수 있다.
