① 국토교통부장관은 그린리모델링 대상 건축물의 지원 및 관리를 위하여 그린리모델링 창조센터를 설립하거나 그린리모델링 업무를 전문으로 하는 공공기관을 그린리모델링 창조센터로 지정할 수 있다. 다만, 그린리모델링 창조센터를 설립하고자 하는 경우에는 기획예산처장관과 사전에 협의를 하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
