녹색건축물 조성 지원법 제22조(녹색건축물 조성기술의 연구개발 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 녹색건축물 조성을 위한 녹색기술(이하 "녹색건축물 조성기술"이라 한다)의 연구개발 및 사업화 등을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 시책을 수립ㆍ시행할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.5.28>

② 국토교통부장관은 「기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법」 제56조에 따른 시책을 추진할 경우 정책시행의 시급성과 효과성을 고려하여 녹색건축물 조성에 관한 사항을 우선적으로 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.9.24>

③ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 개발된 연구성과의 이용ㆍ보급 및 관련 산업과의 연계를 촉진하기 위하여 필요하다고 판단하는 경우에는 녹색건축물 조성기술의 이용ㆍ보급 등에 관한 시범사업을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 지원 등에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
