Enforcement Rule of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, Article 35 (Procedures and Methods for Reduction of and Exemption from Co-Payments)

① 법 제40조제2항 및 제4항에 따른 본인부담금 감면자는 장기요양인정서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 장기요양기관에 제출해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이 있거나 그 밖에 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 장기요양급여를 신청한 날부터 7일(공휴일은 제외한다) 이내에 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2010.3.19, 2015.12.31, 2019.6.12, 2022.6.23>

② 장기요양기관은 제1항에 따라 의료급여증 또는 의료급여증명서를 제시받은 경우에는 본인 여부 및 의료급여증의 연도별 재사용확인란을 반드시 확인하여야 한다.
